The area includes the whole of Scotland and extends as far south as Carlisle and Berwick-upon-Tweed in England and includes Edinburgh Trams and the Glasgow Subway.

The Spirit of Scotland Travelpass allows travel between any of the stations on the national network in Scotland plus to/from Carlisle and Berwick-upon-Tweed in England. It is also valid on the seated portion of the 04:50 Caledonian Sleeper from Edinburgh to Fort William.

It can also be used on bus and coach services on selected routes including Argyll, Skye, the Borders and Northern Highlands, with Scottish Citylink, Stagecoach and West Coast Motors.

The ticket is also valid on the Glasgow Subway, just present your Spirit of Scotland Travelpass ticket and you will be issued with a valid ticket for the underground. It is also valid on Edinburgh Trams.

A 20% discount is available on Northlink ferry services to Orkney and Shetland; 15% off Cruise Loch Lomond; 10% off Sweeney’s Loch Lomond Cruises; and 10% off Jacobite Loch Ness Cruises.

A 10% discount is available on both the Strathspey Steam Railway and the Keith & Dufftown Railway and £1 off Bo’ness & Kinneil Railway standard class fares. Other concessions are also available see the Scotrail website for details
