GB Rail Rover Guide
Unlimited travel for one day, two days, three days or four days for one to four persons on "Northern" services anywhere on the "Northern" network.
It extends from Carlisle and Newcastle (Chathill) in the north to Crewe, Stoke-on-Trent, Derby and Nottingham in the south and from the west coast to the east coast.
There are no time restrictions.

Child fares are 50% of the adult fares and there are no railcard discounts

Travel between Leeds and Manchester is via Bradford.
Travel between York and Newcastle is via Carlisle!
Travel between York and Scarborough is via Hull.
Travel between Scunthorpe and Cleethorpes is via Sheffield.

Northern Ticket Vending Machines sell these tickets and most other ranger and rover tickets but at the moment only for immediate travel
(rather prohibitive for distant areas)
