Grand Tour of Scotland

One circular off-peak journey in either direction over 4 days in an 8 day period from Glasgow or Edinburgh to the Isle of Skye and back.

Travel either clockwise or anti-clockwise over the West Highland line to Fort William and Mallaig, the ferry to the Isle of Skye, coach to Kyle of Lochalsh, the Kyle line to Inverness and the Highland main line back to Glasgow or Edinburgh.

WHERE CAN I GO WITH THIS TICKET?

The Grand Tour of Scotland is valid for 4 days travel in a consecutive 8 day period so allowing you to stay overnight at places on route.

Train travel is valid thus: between Edinburgh/Glasgow-Fort William-Mallaig; Kyle of Lochalsh-Inverness; Inverness-Perth-Glasgow/Edinburgh.

The ticket is also valid on Caledonian MacBrayne ferries between Mallaig and Armadale on Skye and bus services between Armadale and Kyle of Lochalsh. The circular route can be taken in either direction.
